This project for Rory Jenkins was to explore design strategies and options for a replacement dwelling, on a fantastic coastal location on the North Cornish Coast.
The site is relatively narrow, and gently slopes down towards the sea, with magnificent views out over the beach and coastline at Perranporth. Originally a 1930’s bungalow occupied the plot, which was found to be structurally unsound, therefore this will be removed prior to the construction of the Ecohouse.
What Rory had to say about the ra-studio input:
“I met several architects and Robert from ra-studio stood out as being most able to deliver not only a great WoW factor, but also a layout solution that met my desires and requirements. From his initial sketches to our meetings with the local planning authority, I had consistent professionalism and input into what is going to be an amazing project. A project that wouldn’t have been as amazing without ra-studio.”
